The Amituanai's

on saturday i got to do my first paid photoshoot.

it was for one of my longest friends and her husband.

they were the best first couple to shoot.

they made me feel so comfortable and had just as much fun as i did.

they made me laugh and were down for trying anything and everything.

and when i say everything i mean EVERYTHING,

they rock climbed down to a fallen tree and hopped up on it to get some photos.

today they celebrated their one year anniversary 

and i was lucky enough to be apart of their wedding party.

they are in love just as much (even more) than they were on their wedding day.

Bare Island

yesterday morning we dropped off grammy and grampy at the airport early,

so i decided we would make the most of the morning and head out to Bare Island in La Perouse after.

it was so cold.

we couldn't feel our fingers and toes by the time we left to come home.

but i had a ball.

perfect was to start off the holidays.

they boys LOVED watching the planes land,

exploring the rocks for shells and fish,

learning what a wharf is, 

jumping off ledges,

playing tip around towers,

taking turns learning how to take photos with the big camera.

they had fun and i got to take a bunch of photos (with a whole lot of bribery attached).

it was a win-win !
