Kurnell

so I've learnt holidays can either be really awesome or really patience-building.
these holidays have turned out to be a really big patience tester for me.
braxton is just being a weeee bit of a pain.
he had been on the chair a crazy amount of time yesterday morning
- before it even hit 9 O'Clock !
makai suggested that we go exploring.
PERFECT !
getting the kids out of the house and keeping them pre-occupied was the antidote.
we headed to kurnell.
this place is beautiful.
and i may love it even more because parking is free.
this place has it all.
a track to walk and do some scooter riding, beautiful big trees to picnic under, a beach with no waves, rocks to climb over and i can't even tell you the insane shells we found.
and it's full of history a bonus for this history nut mumma.
we packed for a picnic but got blown away by the crazy winds.
we laughed so hard and the boys had fun chasing food items as they went flying.
braxton was giving us a lesson on being able to hear the ocean from a seashell.
he went on a mission to find the best shell for the job.
all in all my day for combating sooky-ness and fighting was a success.
BOO YA !

BOYS - 0
