New Zealand | Part 3

this day was planned around jevan.
he has always wanted to take me to the hamilton temple,
and during the countless visits we have never been able to make it.
this time was the exception.
the temple was HUGE !!!!
it was amazing and super special to be able to go their for the first time with joovs.
we stayed at evan's aunty's house the night before,
i LOVE this lady,
overtime we visit her i always feel so welcome.
anyway her view from her kitchen window is
the temple.
it's unreal.
it looks like a picture, especially when the lights come on at night.
i could not stop staring at it.
we headed to ngaruawahia,
(evan's dad's side is from here.)
his great-grandparents (i think) owned a farm here and the road which is was on is named after them.
so this trip we were determined to find Ormsby Road.
and,
WE FOUND IT !
the scenery on ormsby road was unreal.
the hills were just so lush and so green.
the most perfect green you have ever seen.
it would have been a beautiful place to raise a family.
we always pop into the local cemetery and visit his great-grandpartens,
and this time was no exception.
next we headed to Miranda which is opposite The Coromandel.
this was the closest i got to the coromandel for this trip.
we had another family visit with an aunty and uncle.
they live on a farm.
and once again the view delivered.
on one side was a view of serenity overlooking the beach,
and the other side views of the raw, rugged, lush country side.
this aunty and uncle was no exception to the last,
i always love visiting them.
they introduced us to this little fish and chip shop.
it was divine and SO cheap.
this ended the road trippin' leg of our trip as we headed to auckland.
