Fly Kicks

so if your feeling like you're a crappy mother today,
just keep reading you'll feel so much better about yourself.
this morning i woke up did a 2 loads of washing, cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed upstairs.
because of this we were pressed for time when it came to getting out the door on time.
there is never enough time in the morning and i made it harder for myself.
so i was rushing to get in the shower,
makai was dressed and had done all his chores,
braxton was being reminded every 2 seconds because he was getting distracted,
zayden was out right refusing to do anything.
so the seen is now set for you.
i was asking braxton to get his shoes on, make his bed, brush his teeth and asked if he had packed his bag.
"yes mum i already have" in an arrogant voice.
zayden comes in and asks (at 8:30 we leave at 8:35) if he can have rice bubbles.
i told him no (in a frustrated voice) and told him to get his shoes on.
-the boy already had 3 bowls of cereal and a cheese toast,
he was by no means starving and withering away.
i got myself dressed  and headed down stairs thinking everything was ready to go.
i was met with one red head who had over-poured himself a bowl of rice bubbles
and 1 school bag un-packed.
so the calm patient mother in me lasted for only a couple of seconds,
the crazy, lunatic anger-raged mother came out and lost it.
and i mean LOST IT.
rice bubbles went every where, EVERY WHERE.
and a school bag got soccer kicked.
yep,
soccer kicked across the kitchen.
completely 110% LOST IT,
over a bowl of rice-bubbles.
WOW.
really not my finest motherhood moment,
but i just wanted to make all those who were feeling that they failed today to let you know that if you didn't fly-soccer-kick a school bag today and get in a rage over a bowl of rice bubbles,
you are AMAZING and your doing an awesome job at this mothering thing.
(no boys were harmed in my soccer kicking bag moment just an fyi.)
